KU Libraries - Mission Statement

The mission of the Kaplan University Libraries is to:

• Provide expert assistance to the faculty, staff, and students to meet their information needs, at point of need and through a variety of methods.

• With input from the University community, select and provide access to print and electronic materials that support the academic success of our students and the information needs of the university community.

• Empower students to become lifelong learners through information literacy instruction and activities.

• The Kaplan University libraries will provide access to appropriate information resources which are adequate to meet the information needs of the university community and the purposes of the university.

• The Kaplan University libraries will recruit, hire, and retain qualified and industry current library staff.

New Database trial:  eBook Academic Subscription Collection supplies nearly 70,000 full-text ebooks on academic subjects from business to science and engineering to the humanities. This trial provides access to about 51,000 of those books to an unlimited number of simultaneous users.  Please use this form to send us feedback and let us know what you think.
